Horrible customer support

I downloaded this right before my sons talent show, so I could zoom in with video. I didnt notice the part about it not being for an iPhone 4. But it downloaded fine, seemed to work fine, stored a pic from the recorded event as the icon for the video clip... But when I tried to play the clip, there was no video, only audio. So I emailed the address for customer, since it also said if you bought this and needed the one for iPhone 4, to contact them and they would send the correct download. I also asked if there was anyway to recover the picture portion of the video. So far (5days) Ive gotten no reply at all. Im emailing again today... Ill update this post if they bother to reply. But if u buy this app- it appears youre on your own!!
